Receive a Cash Offer
Once your valuation has been completed we will send you a Cash Offer. This means that there will be no house chain to have to worry about and no estate agent fees! Simple.
Step 4
Accepting The Offer
You will have a 48 hour period in which you can accept or decline the cash offer. If you choose to accept the offer we can then set the wheels in motion with a solicitor for the Sale to move forward. Sales can be completed within 28 days*
